Bio

I started my photojournalist career in television in Montana back in 1992. I covered news, features, and sports for several news stations across the country. My beautiful wife and I moved to the Washington, DC area where I have been covering local and national news stories. Having a career in news photography means having to shoot events as they happen and I approach still photography with that same photojournalistic style. While I have been in Washington I have been blessed with winning four Emmy Awards and over a dozen White House Press Photographer awards, including eight first place awards. My goal with every project is to provide you with a collection of photographs that tell your story.
I live Rockville with my wife and four awesome kids.
